Terms and conditions
immi terms of service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using immi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Service description
immi is an assessment simulator for Canada's federal Express Entry programs (CEC, FSWP, Federal Skilled Trades). It is provided for guidance only. Results are based on rules published by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), versioned and sourced in the “IRCC versions” section of the site.
3. No IRCC affiliation
immi is not affiliated with IRCC or any Canadian government body. No official immigration decision can be inferred from immi's results. Any real application must go through the official Government of Canada websites.
4. No invitation guarantee
Using immi does not in any way guarantee an Invitation to Apply (ITA), real eligibility, or favourable processing of your application. CRS cutoffs vary at each draw based on IRCC's own criteria.
5. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. immi reserves the right to suspend any account in case of abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
6. Candidate data
The information you provide (profile, work history, languages, etc.) remains your property. You grant immi the right to store and process it to calculate your CRS score and program eligibility. See the privacy policy for details.
7. Accuracy of information
You alone are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Any misrepresentation can have severe consequences in an actual IRCC application (refusal, inadmissibility to Canada, 5-year ban).
8. Limitation of liability
immi cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the results provided. The service is offered “as is”, without warranty that the rules are current at any given time (IRCC tables evolve). Always verify on the official pages before taking any action.
9. Changes
immi may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Canadian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent Canadian courts.
11. Contact
For any question about these terms, contact us through Guilia International's contact information, accessible from the side menu.
